Delivery within the UK
Delivery anywhere in the UK is included in the price. We will email you when your watch is on its way.
How long it takes
Please allow up to 8 weeks from your order for your watch to arrive, or from the day you approve your design for a custom commission. Each watch is assembled from premium parts ordered to our own specification and is never outsourced, which is why it takes a little time.
Need it sooner for a birthday, anniversary or another date? Email [email protected] before you order and we will arrange something if we can.
Christmas: order a watch from the collection by 15 December 2026 for UK delivery and it will arrive before Christmas. Custom commissions are made after your design consultation and aren’t included.
If we have not delivered within the time we agreed, you may cancel and we will refund you in full.
Your delivery address
Please check the address you give at checkout. If you are sending a watch as a gift, enter the recipient’s name and address there. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange sending it again.
If something goes wrong in transit
Your watch is our responsibility until it is delivered. If it is lost or arrives damaged, tell us at [email protected] and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Outside the UK
We arrange international orders personally through our Private International Service: a call at a time that suits you, where we agree delivery to your country. Any import duties or taxes are payable by you unless we agree otherwise, and we will confirm everything in writing before you pay.
